Rates & Availability
This lovely and restored 19th century water front cottage is available from April through October.
Rates range from $1,800 CAD in April and October to $2,000 CAD for May through September. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Contact us for multi-week or monthly rates. At this time we do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation refunds are based on the amount of advanced notice: 50% cancellation 60-80 days prior to arrival date; 25% refund 30-59 days prior to arrival date, and no refund for cancellations with less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Our apologies, but smoking is not permitted and we do not allow pets.
